Return & Refund Policy

This Return & Refund Policy applies to all bookings made through Sri Lanka Travel.

Cancellation Policy

  • Customers may cancel their hotel booking within 14 days from the booking date and receive a full refund.
  • Cancellations made after 14 days from the booking date are not eligible for a refund.
  • All cancellation requests must be submitted before the check-in date.

Refund Process

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of booking.
  • Payments are processed through PayHere, and refund processing time may take 7 to 14 business days, depending on the bank or card provider.
  • Any transaction fees charged by payment providers may not be refundable.

How to Cancel a Booking

Customers can cancel their booking directly through the Cancel Booking option available on the website. If the cancellation is made within 14 days from the booking date, the customer will receive a full refund. The cancellation request will be automatically recorded and visible to the hotel owner. The refund will be transferred to the same account or payment method used for the original payment. Once the cancellation and refund are processed, a cancellation and refund confirmation will be sent to the customer via email.
